Nour Machlah is the Founder & CEO of Nexaiz, a training and consulting initiative dedicated to communication, public speaking, and future-ready skills for educational institutions, NGOs, and professional teams across Europe.

With more than a decade of experience, Nour has worked at the intersection of public speaking, policy advising, education, and social inclusion. He has contributed to high-level policy discussions related to migration and social integration in Europe (European Parliament, European Commision, etc) and has collaborated with international institutions (Amnesty International, Red Cross, etc) , advisory boards, and civil society organizations. His policy background enables him to approach communication not only as a personal skill, but as a strategic tool for leadership, advocacy, and institutional impact.

Nour is an experienced TED speaker who has delivered talks, workshops, and training programs to diverse audiences, including students, educators, youth leaders, and professionals.
